BMC Monitoring Application

IoT-based real-time monitoring of Bulk Milk Coolers — ensuring milk quality, regulatory compliance, and zero data loss at dairy collection centres.

MilkMitra (दुग्धसारथी) is a live, deployed IoT platform developed by Pushtimarg IT Solutions for monitoring Bulk Milk Coolers (BMCs) at dairy collection centres, cooperative societies, and chilling plants. A purpose-built ESP32 data logger — housed in an IP67 polycarbonate enclosure — is installed at each BMC site and continuously records milk temperature via a food-grade PT-100 sensor (accuracy ±0.2°C), dual compressor status (CMP-1 & CMP-2), agitator (AGT) operation, CIP (Clean-In-Place) cleaning cycles, power supply & generator status, and tank milk volume via IP65/IP68 electromagnetic inflow & outflow flow meters. All data is transmitted to a centralised cloud server over Wi-Fi in real time, with an 8-hour battery backup ensuring uninterrupted logging even during power failures.

The web-based management portal — accessible on desktop, laptop, tablet, and mobile — provides role-based dashboards: CEOs see all site BMC statuses and reports, Site Heads see only their own sites, and field officers can monitor on the go. Alarm events with timestamps are raised on-screen the moment any parameter breaches its threshold. The system meets FSSAI and Dairy Board digital monitoring mandates, with temperature traceable to NABL-calibrated standards and flow measurement conforming to ISO 5708. All IoT firmware is updatable Over-the-Air (OTA) via Wireless Value Set (WVS) — no site visits required.

Automated, encrypted bank payment reconciliation directly into SAP FI/CO.

This solution is a mission-critical financial integration middleware that automates the secure transfer of bank transaction data into the client's SAP ERP landscape. Every inbound payment file received from the bank is decrypted using PGP (Pretty Good Privacy) cryptography, validated against business rules, and then posted into SAP via RFC (Remote Function Calls) — eliminating all manual data entry and the reconciliation errors that accompany it.

The gateway runs on a scheduled basis, processing statement files end-to-end: PGP decryption → file parsing → data validation → SAP BAPI/RFC posting → confirmation logging. Polly-based retry and circuit-breaker policies absorb transient SAP connectivity issues, and every transaction carries a correlation ID for full traceability. A secure web-based management console provides finance teams with real-time visibility into processing status, error queues, and reprocessing controls — without requiring SAP GUI access.

The Weighbridge Management System (WMS) is a comprehensive industrial weighment solution designed for manufacturing plants, logistics hubs, mines, and commodity trading yards. The system interfaces directly with electronic weighbridge hardware via RS-232 / serial communication — capturing gross, tare, and net weight readings automatically — and ties each weighment transaction to vehicle registration, driver details, supplier or customer master data, and material classification.

The platform manages the full vehicle lifecycle at the gate: inbound arrival, first weighment, loading or unloading, second weighment, and departure clearance — generating a tamper-proof electronic weighment slip at each stage. Supervisors get a real-time transaction dashboard while management accesses shift-wise, day-wise, and party-wise reports with a single click. Integration hooks for SAP MM and third-party ERP systems ensure weighment data flows seamlessly into inventory and billing workflows.

Dental Clinic Management System (DCMS)

A complete digital practice management solution built for modern dental clinics and multi-branch chains.

DCMS is a full-featured, multi-tenant clinic management platform built for dental practices — from solo clinics to multi-branch chains. It unifies patient registration, appointment scheduling, clinical charting, treatment planning, billing, consent, and lab workflows into a single offline-first web system — replacing the fragmented mix of paper files, spreadsheets, and disconnected software that most clinics rely on. Role-based access (ChainAdmin / ClinicAdmin / Finance / Doctor / Staff) keeps every user scoped to exactly what their role needs.

At the clinical level, DCMS provides a visual dental chart with per-tooth treatment history, X-ray image attachment, prescription generation, and a full medical history module including allergy flags and medication records. On the administrative side, the front-desk module handles appointment booking with automated SMS recall reminders, patient queue management, GST-native invoicing, and payment tracking — with a single roll-up view across branches for chain owners, and continued operation even when connectivity drops.

Our client, a heavy electrical equipment manufacturer, was tracking Vacuum Circuit Breaker (VCB) test cards, panel test cards, calibration schedules, and inspection checklists across paper records and scattered spreadsheets. Calibration due-dates were routinely missed, quality records were hard to retrieve during audits, and there was no single, unified view of quality performance across the plant.

One lifecycle platform from bidding to commissioning, SAP-synced end-to-end, for infrastructure & capital-project delivery.

Large capital projects — construction, mining, ports development — typically run bidding through commissioning across disconnected spreadsheets and siloed tools, with no live link into SAP.
